REFUND POLICY

Clifton House is a privately managed boutique property operated under True Host. While we take every effort to ensure accuracy of information, availability, and quality of services described on our website, listings, and promotional material, all details are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during their stay. True Host and Clifton House shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, accident, injury, or damages arising from the use of the property, its facilities, or surrounding areas.

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation, and management reserves the right to deny or cancel reservations at its discretion. Use of the property and its amenities (including terraces, balconies, lawns, and recreational facilities) is at the sole risk of the guest.

By making a booking and/or entering the premises, all guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and waive any claims against the owners, managers, or staff of Clifton House and True Host.

• No Cash Refunds: Please note that we do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.

• Unused Nights: In the event a guest chooses to shorten their stay or leaves before the booked checkout date, the full booking amount remains payable. Unused nights cannot be refunded in cash.

• Voucher Issuance: For any unused nights, guests will receive a credit voucher equal to the value of the unused stay.

• Voucher Validity: The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed against future bookings at Clifton House.

• Transferability: Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the guest in whose name the original booking was made, unless otherwise approved by management.

• Subject to Availability: All future bookings made using vouchers are subject to room availability at the time of reservation.

We truly care about our guests, which is why instead of refunds we offer credit vouchers for any unused nights. You can redeem them within a year and enjoy your stay with us at full value.
